Before I was always clinging to my books, now I can again trsformarmi night, returned to the explorer of English evenings, as before.
tonight with my roommates we should go to one of the most beautiful things that we are here and in Italy I've never seen. I refer to Cafe Theatre ! In practice this is a circuit of shows that are held in rotation in various clubs and bars that are part of the circuit. Every night there are always two different shows in two different local ... that are being repeated in other places gradually. This approach reflects much the English custom of spending evenings around bars and clubs, but I think it can be also exported to Italy. I have been there once before: it was the catch of theatrical improvisation, with two teams of kids who were facing on various topics chosen by the public gradually, which decreed the winner every time. I must say it was great fun, even through informal environment, perhaps in a more traditional room would not have had the same effect. For the price of just over a beer (included) I'd say it definitely was worth the effort!
Last night at a film club I met a chick in the Canary Islands: his name is Silvia and is a cool guy. He's only 25 years, he studied theater since he was 16 and now is holding a workshop with a company around here: I do not remember the name, maybe when I see her I better explain. Deciding to devote his life to the theater should not be easy: the environment offers few certainties, everything you need to be found within. I did not understand if now it does work or not. Indeed it makes much difference: the money to survive must come from somewhere. Perhaps the family, who knows.
