Acireale is this:

The church of San Sebastiano is the newly restored re-blackening because of passing cars. not cycling out from the Cathedral (which was closed to traffic since now gradually beginning to see the first lane where cars go). Who wants cycling, or running between the cars double parked or not to peck horn goes on the sidewalk taking the curses of pedestrians. The roads are only for motor vehicles and cycling is a suicide .
But now it's time to change, we can no longer stand by while we are denied the right to ride a bike safely, we can not close our eyes and our beautiful old town is in ruins when there is a parking lot near Piazza Cappuccini underutilized and abandoned to vandals!
Each Friday at 17.30 in Piazza Duomo , meets the critical mass, and is not a dirty word! This is a harmless gathering of cyclists exercise their right to ride, walking the streets of our beautiful historic center and throughout the city.
The critical mass is a peaceful ride, in full compliance with the rules of education and road is also a time of celebration, so please bring horns, whistles and send anything joy and desire to change for the better . See you there!
