Rinaldin PDL candidate in the forthcoming regional still supports the validity of many road projects to be accomplished all in the same area and all will be funded differently.
But what sense does it manage this? It is smarter to concentrate all the few resources available to create a unique work instead of wasting money on different projects for 3.4 not completed any?
